No. We are out of network and do not bill insurance. While this means we don't file claims with insurance providers, it allows us to offer a more personalized, one-on-one experience. Without the restrictions and limitations of insurance, we can spend more time addressing your specific needs, customize your treatment plan, and ensure your care is never dictated by coverage policies

Your initial assessment typically lasts 60 minutes. We'll begin with a detailed conversation about your health history, injuries, and performance goals. From there, we'll complete:
A movement and performance screen to identify areas of limitation or imbalance.
Hands-on testing of mobility, strength, and motor control.
An overview of findings, with immediate treatment strategies if appropriate.
By the end of the session, you'll have a clear understanding of what's holding you back and how we'll address it.

Following your assessment, you'll receive a customized plan of care outlining treatment strategies, exercise recommendations, and recovery options. We'll discuss which membership or package is the best fit for your goals. Clients leave the first session feeling both more informed and more confident, with a roadmap for progress.
